Premium Liner (ZGMn18)

Upgraded manganese steel with higher Mn content, better anti-wear performance and impact toughness than ZGMn13. Ideal for medium-load quarry and sand plant continuous crushing.

Hi Abrasion Liner (ZGMn21 / ZGMn21Cr)

High wear-resistant alloy liner with chromium element added for higher hardness and corrosion resistance. Suitable for high-hardness materials including granite, quartzite, basalt and metal ore, applicable to heavy-duty mining conditions.

Carbide Embedded Liner

Adopt high manganese steel as substrate, embedded with TiC carbide or high-chrome blocks in key wear areas. It balances impact toughness and super surface wear resistance. The service life is 1.53 times longer than standard manganese liners, ideal for large mines and 24-hour continuous production lines.

  1. Precision Casting Process Ensures Dimensional Accuracy

High-quality crusher wear liners rely on mature casting technology. Optimized gating system effectively avoids air holes, slag inclusion and internal looseness. Uniform metallographic structure guarantees stable mechanical performance.

High manganese steel liners adopt 10901100 water toughening treatment to form austenite structure, achieving outstanding work-hardening capacity. The surface hardness increases continuously under material impact.

High alloy and high chromium liners go through quenching and tempering to balance hardness and toughness, preventing fracture, deformation and low-temperature brittleness.

Without professional heat treatment, even the same material grade cannot reach standard service life.

Humid areas need corrosion-resistant formula;

Low-temperature regions require excellent low-temperature toughness;

High-abrasion hard rock mines prefer Hi Abrasion liner or Carbide Embedded liner;
